Donors to the Sanford Project come from all walks of life. They are physicians, teachers, construction workers, researchers, police officers, students, business owners. Denny Sanford

In 2007 Mr. Denny Sanford committed $400 million to establish four initiatives within Sanford Health System. One of these initiatives is The Sanford Project. It is his mission, through philanthropy, to help improve the human condition. Click here to learn more about Mr. Sanford.

Todd and Linda Broin

Linda was diagnosed at age 12 with type 1 diabetes, she and her husband, Todd, provided $10 million toward recruitment of a research chair for the   Sanford project. “Our hope is that a cure can be found,” Linda said. “And we want to give those researchers every  opportunity we can to find it.” Click here to learn more about the Broins.
